Zack and Miri Make A Porno

Now before you start reading this review I must warn you I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan so I might be a little bias to his movies! But then again I'm a little twisted and I seem to get his movies!

 

Zack and Miri has a great cast that helps to make this an amazing off beat comedy with a twist of romance!

 

Zack and Miri are life long friends the kind that know every dark secrete about you and are completely down on there luck! They go to there 10 year high school reunion when Zack starts talking to this guy and finds out he is in the porno business.

 

After the reunion Zack and Miri go home to find they have no power and no water. They go out for drinks when Zack has the idea they can just make a porno! Once they finally decide to do it they manage to find someone to help them finance it and find additional people to star in there movie!

 

One thing I do have to say about the movie it is not something to watch when kids are around! There is nudity which by the title should not surprise anyone! I do have to applauded Jason Mewes (AKA Jay from the Jay and Silent Bob Movies) for his full frontal nudity!

 

I personally think that its a nice change to see the men doing full frontal nudity in movies now I have seen 3 movies in the last year with full frontal nudity. It has always seemed like it was taboo for guys to do it but woman always did I'm glad that double standard is being put to rest!

 

Zack and Miri is a great movie check it out! It's now out on DVD.
